Ok, so this was funny. Music Go Round in Duluth, GA listed an Agile gold top P90 with old open book headstock at $299.99 + $80 shipping. I messaged them that I could do $250 on it.
She texted back after seeing she grabbed the wrong guitar, sending pictures of the right guitar and saying it was minty clean. I called her back and she said she'd still do the same deal, so I said yes. She adjusted the online listing to remove the shipping cost, and I checked out there. So I have a Gold top P90 old headstock minty Agile on the way for $299.99 all in. That's not bad. I still don't know exactly which model it is, but I'll figure that out.
A day later, they emailed back a counter offer of $299 with free shipping and no tax. I called them back to say sure! That was the first time I ever had a counter offer lower than my offer. Then she told me there was a chunk damage in the back where someone hit it. My heart sank. She texted me some pictures of it.
What she texted was a different lefty guitar, an SX ISIS, that they had listed for $249.99 + $80 shipping. LOL. So she thought she was offering $30 off the SX instead of $80 off the Agile. It's a good thing she texted me that though, or I would have received the wrong guitar and been disappointed. I already have an SX ISIS with the same configuration and no gouges. I have to guess the same lefty owner sold them both the Agile and the SX. And based on the picture she sent me, it looks like the SX took a really bad slam on a counter corner.Almost the wrong guitar

YES! Nice job and congrats. I'm glad someone here got it. It's just like the days of yore on the old forum.

Nice grab! There can't be too many of those floating around in gold, configured lefty, with P90s.
If memory serves correctly, the stubby horn was introduced around 2002 and the Gumby headstock made its debut around 2004, which would date that guitar from that brief transitional period.
My guess is that it's an Agile AL3000 Prestige P90 made between 2002 and 2004. If those are the original pickups, they may be Wilkinson.

That store seems to pretty consistently have lefties in stock, I've bought several from there. They seem to come in bunches, I'm assuming someone in the area is gradually liquidating.

Good deal!
I've been in that store one time with a buddy that lives in that area. They had some nice stuff, better than the GC usually has in the same area. It's still a near 2 hour trek for me to drive there in Atlanta traffic, but if I had spare change I'd probably go.

$#!+
Got a delivery email from UPS, but the house they show is not mine, and the guitar is not here... Oh, and UPS no longer takes calls about such things from the addressee, because why would they want to hear all those complaints?
I emailed Music Go Round about it, but it's anyone's guess as to how this will go. All I have from UPS is this blurry picture of not my door. Edit: About 90 minutes later, UPS followed up with an unclear clarification (whatever voided out means): 2nd edit: A later email with some hope. It doesn't make sense given prior communications, but it may be delivered today after all. 3rd edit: A bit after 5:00, it showed up intact! The guitar was very well packed by Music Go Round and is in phenomenal shape. It plays well and sounds great. I might adjust its setup a bit, but wow it's already a great keeper. Still wouldn't mind figuring out the exact model, and I might do a NGD toward that end after I get to know it better.
