Mark Forums Read

How difficult would it be to place the "Mark Forums Read" at the top of the page?

The way it is now we have to click on Board Index and then scroll down past the middle of the page. Am I being lazy? Yup

Mark All Read (after you do the first two, Mark All Read IS at the top of the page)

About the simplest I've found.
