Some of the structure is a bit Judas Priest-ish... particularly the chorus.

I liked the solo, and the section around 1:00, that was a cool sounding section. As you noted, there were a few parts that didn't seem to mesh well, but towards the end of the song, the main riff is awesome, and still playing in my head.

agreed. The chorus is a keeper though - maybe I'll flesh that out next year.
